About the organizer

The Frontier CC Youth Executive Committee (YEC)

We are a youth committee based in the Frontier Community Centre.
Our goal: To empower youths to contribute meaningfully back to the society and develop their leadership potential, while serving as the voice of today’s youths.

Over the past few years, The Frontier CC YEC has pioneered and sustained many projects to achieve these goals, all of which have been well-received by youths, beneficiaries and residents alike. We credit our success to the strong teamwork between members, who share a common passion for community service. Our common belief of “You’ll never know until you have tried” has helped us to stay relevant to youths’ ever-changing needs.

Besides organising events for youths in the Pioneer community, The Frontier CC YEC has also partnered and provided mentorship for secondary school students of Boon Lay Secondary school, bridging stronger relationships between the school and its community. Being a young volunteer group, we hope increase our outreach in the community and foster new, strong and lasting friendships with like-minded youths.

The YEC also prides ourselves on the partnerships we have with corporate companies and other government agencies over the years through our collaboration projects. Come join our dynamic family and make volunteering a fun and meaningful experience!
